I’m Tire of people Not Picking Up their Dog’s $hit. I’m looking for a device that can make sounds so high it would tear the dog’s ear apart.(but humans wouldn’t hear it) I want to clarify I’m not cruel to animals and if this question bothers you then move on, but for those that feel the same way as me and know of a solution, please share the info.

~I say stand in the front yard with the hose. Hose down the humans if they "forget" to pick up. But, leave the poor dogs alone. They know no better.
Let me get this straight. You are not cruel to animals, but you want to punish irresponsible owners by "tearing the dog’s ear apart" with a sound that the owners can’t hear?
On the contrary, your sarcastic device SHOULD be directed to the humans who are responsible. It is the humans who either let their dogs run free to crap all over, or worse yet, take them for walks, watch them poo and don’t do anything about it.
Don’t direct your frustration at the dogs, they are only doing what dogs do. It is their owner fault and responsiblity to train the dog/clean up behind their dog.
Your asking for something that would be cruel to dogs, but you don’t want to get caught while using it…..
Seems to me you are taking your anger out wrongly….you should be mad at the people not the dogs….the people are the ones letting the dogs crap on your lawn…get something that would scare the crap out of them, not the poor dogs.
My idea would be to hide behind the trees and when a dog craps on your lawn….pick it up, tiptoe behind the person and then WHAM it in to the back of their heads….that will send the message you are after.
How about an air horn when the dog starts pooping, that will probably get the owner running faster than the dog
AT LEAST IF U DONT TEAR THE DOGS EAR APART! HOW’D YOU FEEL IF SOMEONE WAS THAT CRUEL TO YOU? IDK PUT UP SIGNS THAT SAY PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG AROUND YOUR NEIGHBOR HOOD OR WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE NOT PICKING THEIR DOGS MESS UP TELL TO DO IT DONT JUST BE MEAN TO ANIMALS ITS THEIR OWNERS FAULT THEIR NOT PICKING IT UP.
a cat??? or another dog, or tell your neighbors to not let their dog shi* in YOUR YARD
Since I’m a true "dog" lover, I can not in all honesty recommend something that would physically hurt the dog. Hopefully you can understand. They must expel and unlike humans do not know to expel in a toilet. All they know is go pee and poo when they must…..hopefully outside.

The thing that I would recommend are two ways:
1. Buy "Bitter Lemon" spray and spray it on various areas. It won’t hurt the dog (SINCE IT IS THE OWNER THAT NEEDS TO BE SCOLDED….not the dog), but it is strong enough to deter the dog from the area.
2. Contact the owner and warn them. Tell them you will give the poo back if their dog repeats these actions to your property. But, first tell them you are simply tired and angered by them NOT cleaning up after their pets, and they are being irresponsible!!!
