Any 1L in law school (and I checked with my summer associates to make sure) can tell you that under the commerce clause congress has the power to regulate just about anything that can relate to interstate commerce. Go read US v. Lopez and find out just how stretched the nexus can be. You’re from texas and a gun nut, you should know the lopez case! Taxes are explicitly allowed for in the constitution (16th). This is as far from gray area as the law gets.
There you go with blatant insults again. Let me be clear: you cannot hold ANY credibility by insulting the individual whose attention you are trying to captivate and perspective attempting to sway. Even if you “consult” with every single person that you come across who will feint interest in you, it WILL not make you right on that issue. If you are unwilling to adhere to basic civil behavior, then your opinions are moot and my time wasted; No more.
..X..
There is nothing uncivil about saying you’re completely incorrect. Note that you haven’t actually given a single shred of evidence to back up your claims. I’ve even given you the case law to show the incorrectness of your statements, yet all you can reply with are these accusations. I’m stating facts and you’re coming back with accusations. It is well settled law that EVERYONE is subject to the NFA even if you only manufacture the gun in your state.
You my good sir are a beast. Excellent arsenal. Although, we couldnt hear how load the supersonic crack was with your camera.
Let the guy build a supressor god
What is the last gun did you use?
The law/bill being debated can be seen at firearmsfreedomact dotcom.
The law does not cover full auto or destructive devices but specifically DOES cover suppressors. It’s passed in Montana and Tennessee. Court battles are sure to follow, I do NOT recommend making these without BATF paperwork until the dust settles. Assuming those cases go well however, in states that enact this law, you can then buy this book and go to town.
I like that .308 setup you got going there… is there anything special you did to it beside the supressor since it sounds rather quite and what’s with this law it passed in two states already as u stated is it for or against supressors?
For. It nullifies NFA requirements for firearms or accessories made in-state that never cross the state line.
308 subsonic at 3:22 haha no one would hear you except for a silent click xD really good silencer youve made
smart vid, what is the rifle you are using at 2:59?
That is very impressive. If you seek it, you’ve got a good money-making business there. I am looking to supress my M1a down the road, maybe I’ll look into doing it myself after seeing this.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! for not making another bs airgun silencer movie, this is an excelent example of a a really educational video- thank you so much for making it.

The pistol is a Walther P22 and an Olympic Arms AR15
The last firearm used in this video is a Grizzly LAR .50 BMG Bolt-action Rifle.
I wonder how does the accuracy change with those silencers? I’m most interested with .308 Cal. It’ll be more interested if you update your video with range report with different ranges. Tkanks.
Very nice. I’m looking to make 1 for maybe my .22 or .308 so I don’t get bullshitted at when I shot
sick any ideas for my 270
fantastic, i don’t say this much but you built better silencers then i can (and that’s saying something)
anyway…. what kind of baffles did you use? and did you drill the hole after you welded the baffles in?
very very impressive
All answers are in the book.
