This is what I hear when I simply walk into my own back yard. This incessant barking can go on for hours at a time. The owners seem ignorant to the fact that they are violating our local town’s dog (barking) ordinances. I wonder what they would do if they had to listen to this hour after hour like I have had in the past.

At my place it’s got so bad with the neigbour’s little yapping dogs that I’ve seriously thought of paying a guy at the pub or the Korean restaurant 50 bucks or whatever to come to my neighbour’s place with a cage and take these little bastards away when their owners aren’t home to a forest or put them on a fucking oil tanker at the harbour, cook them, I don’t care!
I can’t fucking wait the day when these owners take their arsehole dogs and fuck off out of my life permanently!
It really does get to the point where you don’t care what happens to the dog. Just as long as the yapping stops! I hear ya!

I’m currently losing my mind! I have a home office and this is what I hear ALL DAY from next door!! It’s horrible.

I haven’t heard this video in awhile. OMG! This problem has certainly improved a bit! This clip is only 1.29 and I was about to lose my mind! It’s funny you mention letting the neighbors know. During the worst part of trying to negotiate with the neighbors, my husband told them while he was out walking our dogs. I initially posted on youtube for the town dog warden’s convenience but it turned out better letting them know as well. They were not happy.

police don’t do shit, i live in san diego and called in to report 3 barking dogs at 3AM and they told me they don’t respond to that.
Hire someone to shoot it. It’s the only way

if you can call animal control. i deal with this crap from all sides of my house. this one lady has 5 dogs and 13 cats. I counted. by the way. they all have human names. CALL ANIMAL CONTROL !
WEE NEED MORE PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN AND GET SOMETHING DONE. Im sorry you have to deal with this as well. The trick where i live is. get more than 1 neighbor to complain and write a letter. to get it resolved.

I JUST posted a video with my exact same problem, I also have called police to no effect, have you resolved your issue yet or still fighting the one sided battle? Please I need any advice to solve mine I am loosing sleep at night and its effecting me.
I just saw your posted video.That is UNACCEPTABLE! I sent a YouTube link to our town email asking for help in what to do.They were very nice &gave me info on what to do.They sent a packet of dog ordiance laws for our community to the neighbors& it has improved.When they get home from working all day,they throw the dog that has been isolated all day outside.The dog still barks but not to the point where I need to get my video camera.I will go to court with all the documentation if I need to.
I go through this everyday here in Virginia. This Dog next door to me never shuts up. The noise laws are about to change here soon, so hopefully I can take sme legal action against these people living next to me soon..
I deal with this on a daily basis (2 HUGE black labs on flimsy looking chains) along with a landlord who apparently is the leader of the good ‘ol boys club around here and refuses to do anything about it. I’m making a video of it soon.
My neighbors dog do the same crap every time I step outside my house… they even scratch on the fence while barking at me, like they are trying to bust through it to get me… very very annoying and I am seeking a solution. I’m thinking of trying mace on them or buying one of the ultrasonic anti dog bark things but I here they don’t work too well. I may make a video soon and utube it as well.
No one has the right to force feed your ears there nois. Neighbors that let there dogs bark and bother there neighbors should go to JAIL for steeling and robbing you of your liberty FINAL! These people are SELFISH!
I have a big dog and she mostly stays inside because i dont have the right to bother my neighdors.
I saw an ad in a magazine for something that might help you with the barking problem. i think they called it a smith and wesson 9mm pistol, yeah that’s it.
I used an ultrasonic anti bark device. It didn’t work for the purpose it was meant for. The owners of the target dog couldn’t understand what that “sound” was.After they were informed what it was, I felt that their ignorance made me look like the bad guy. I mean, how rude was it for me to set one of these up? The noive! The dog however behaved like she didn’t hear it.
I hate dogs, mostly because how awfully many stupid people have one which they don’t control. Though i hate those assholes even more than their dogs, i guess. Whenever i see someone walking with a dog and the dog suddenly starts barking at me, I feel a great hate for both the owner and the dog.
When I see someone walking with a dog and the dog isn’t on a leash or with a muzzle, I think that person should to die. I see that too often, it’s not safe, especially with how stupid most owners are.
Brownopoly thanks for posting about the ultrasonic bark device, i was going to but 2 of them for a 100 bucks each, you saved me 200 bucks. I am going to have to move! I tried to talk to my neighbor about the dogs barking, keep in mind i was SUPPER! SUPPER! nice about it. The atitude they took was this, ( I can do what ever i want! i hate! you ) These CREEPY! people are 36, 37 years old and a 12 year old is more mature. BAD! AMERICANS!
You are welcome! I am glad I could save someone the aggravation of spending money on something that doesn’t work! For myself-your neighbors would become a unrelenting project of filed complaints until somebody heard me. I wish you didn’t have to move but I understand. The message that these people get with you moving is that they won. If you own your home and put it up for sale, it would be nearly impossible to sell if good ole Fido is barking his head off during an open house. It’s just rude.
I have a yorkie which we love. But he use to bark at everyone walking by our house. We came across this website, read the review and decided to give it a try. It took about 5 days to train our dog but he no longer barks.
What do you do with a yorkie that barks all day long while the owners are away!!! I want to suggest that they buy a large crate and put him in it somewhere to the back of the house, but I’m afraid they will hate me for approaching them. The wee guy sits perched up on the back of their sofa in the picture window all day (with the window open) yap-yap-yappity – yap!! UGHHHHH it ruins our weekends when we have a chance to sit in our gardens and relax!
