My neighbor has this little chihuahua that likes to climb on a wall that separates our backyards using the shed in his backyard. For the last 3 weeks this dogs has been climbing on that wall and pretty much annoyed the hell out of me (as you can see from the video). Every time I get closer to the wall, the dog runs away, but soon as I get back into the house it climbs back and continues to bark. So what I decided to do was get closer to the dog without scaring him away. Every time the dog looked away I would make a step forward, and then finally when I was close enough I was able to come behind the wall and scare the sh*t out of the dog….since I pulled this off, the dog never climbed on that wall again! Update: These neighbors and I had a hearing with the city and the dog was declared a noisy animal. Fines will be imposed upon them if they fail to keep the dog quiet. ——————– When taking these videos, I try to record the dog without it seeing me. That way, no one can say that I am the reason the dog barks. Well, I think I found the perfect spot to prove my point: The roof! I figured that recording from my roof would clearly show that the dog barks at nothing and not some camera guy sitting outside his house or walking on the sidewalk! If the camera can pick up the sound of the bark from the distance I am at, then how do you think the neighbors next to them feel?
